I'm building out a capacity / utilization tracker on Airtable. I'm trying to build a line graph, using either the chart extension or interface tool, comparing utilization per team over a set amount of time.
Each of my tasks has an start and end date -- I'm able to see the sum total of utilization per team by end date (i.e., tasks ending in May or June), but I'd like to plot it based off overall duration as I have some tasks that start in one month and end in another.
As in, if I have a task that take 15% weekly utilization from May 2nd to June 30th, I'd like it to show up in my team utilization line graph for BOTH May and June, which will help me show total utilization by month. Ideally, I could do this by week, but I'm assuming month is simpler.
Is there any way I could do this? I'm wondering if I can do a date-if formula to splice out the months that my task is in and then use that as my X axis?
