Ok, I think this is pretty simple, but I just haven't worked with Airtable programming/automations enough.
When closing or leaving a record's interface page, if a specific field is blank (empty), I want to pop up a dialog that says "xxxxx Cannot be Empty" or something like that.
TIA!

Forms have a "required" toggle, but I don't think normal Interface pages do I'm afraid

Yes, I could definitely use a Form when the record is first entered, which would eliminate the need for this, but Forms doesn't allow 'create new option' in multi-select fields, which makes it pretty much useless to me.

Check out this guide on how to let users create new options via a form:

Thanks, I saw this awhile ago, but it seemed kind of clunky and I have several multi-select fields which didn't seem to work right. I think it's ridiculous that AirTable can't implement 'create new option' to forms. It makes forms totally unusable for me.
