Hi there, I'm on a business plan using interfaces as a ticketing system with multiple external parties. Each external party has an interface with a unique filter condition and are given read-only access. I want them to be able to view the comments too - is there any way I can do this?
I've enabled record-level details such that when they click on each row, the individual record shows. however, it doesnt allow me to configure this record-level view with Comments/Activity feed element. All I'm seeing are the Fields, and two other options: Chart and Number.

The Comments/Activity feed element isn't available for the Record Detail layout I believe. I think it might be a Blank layout thing only?
For the Record Detail layout, it's set to be at the bottom of the page and we can't move that around:

It’s very confusing to setup, because there are many different “clickable areas” in interfaces that all give you different options in the right margin.
You have to click on the very very very outermost background area of the ENTIRE record detail page to get the option to enable record comments.
If you don’t see the record comments option, then you aren’t clicking out far enough on the page.
