Interface Tabs set default tab (or retain URL for specific tab)?

I have interface pages utilizing the "tab" filters, but im not seeing any way to default to a specific tab. Instead it defaults to "all records" every time.

Even if i navigate to a specific tab, and copy the URL to share with someone, it refreshes back to "all records" tab.

I do not believe it’s possible to set default tabs. It sometimes defaults to the middle tab for me. Other times the ‘All Records’ tab. I haven’t figured out the logic yet.
