Hi guys!

I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong or something has recently changed?

Long story short, I'm not able any longer to nest the records through the interface.

Currently, I'm working on the new base and I wanted to nest records to organise them in some logical order.

For example, if I look at one of the bases I already created, you can see the option to nest the records.

Now, I'd like repeat the same process in another base and the option to nest the records is missing?

Any idea if something has changed?

Thanks!

It seems to be in the second page of the level setup.  Try hitting "Next":

You should then get the option:

Hello,

I have a naive question: what is a nested record?

Thank you

Pascal

thanks @TheTimeSavingCo much appreciate your help!

@Pascal_Gallais-  Nested records let you to manage records in the hierarchical order within the same table.

For example, you have a list of tasks  in one of your tables in the grid view these tasks would look as follow:

The list view let you to organise them in the hierarchical order and if you enable the nested records (remember that you'll need to have a linked record type field within the same table. E.G. the subtasks on the screenshot above), these records will look as follow:

Thanks @Jakub_Szerszen

That's very clear and very interesting

Regards,

Pascal
