Hello everyone,
I have a question about the ability to quickly export entries from an interface.

In the classic Airtable interface, you can select entries and then send them by email:

In Airtable's interface publication, the email function disappears:

Does anyone have a solution?

Many thank's !

As a workaround, perhaps you could do a checkbox field to select the records you want to send, and have an automation to look for records with the checkbox marked and send them in an email?

Thanks Adam!
Yes, it's a solution, but let's imagine that several users select a check box at the same time, and then the selection won't be the right one? How can we avoid this?
It's a shame to have removed this very practical and simple function...

Ah, a quick and dirty solution would be to have one checkbox per user heh

The workaround above doesn’t necessarily require one checkbox field per user… you could also use a multiple user field or a multiple select field or a linked record field where each user could choose their own name from a list of names. It could be a “tag” field where everybody tags themselves.

Hmm, how would we reset that system after the email gets sent?
