So I'm basically building out a progress tracker to track sales.

Once a sales rep lands on the interface, I want them to only see their own record, and nothing else.  Any way to do that?

Just to clarify, the Sales Rep looking at the interface should only be able to see his own record in the interface.

Cheers!

Once you've assigned the record to a user like so:

You can now set up a filter that only displays that viewers record like this:

One more question, to keep costs low, what type of account do these need to be, paid accounts?

Assuming they only need to view stuff, you can just invite them to your Interface with read only permissions, which will be free
