Web-based tool for Data Trending

We have an excel spreadsheet that we use to calculate pricing for customers.
Our goal is to hire a consultant to develop a web enabled form that mimics the spreadsheet to add to our existing website as a self service option. Additionally, we need to add sign-on security so we identify the user and apply the correct pricing.
The spreadsheet serves really well as a design template for our requirements.
We will make ourselves available to collaborate on the business requirements.
