Create new record in Base B whenever new document is uploaded in Base A

Forum|alt.badge.img+10

Hello :slightly_smiling_face:

I am interested in hiring a consultant to create this flow.

I have two bases, Base “A” and Base “B”.
In base A I have records that include documents in the attachment field. There can be more than one document in the same attachment field.

I want to accomplish that when a new document is uploaded in Base A, a new record is created in Base B including the document that has been uploaded in Base A.

This would result in having a new record in Base B, each time there is a new document uploaded in Base A.

Looking forward to your response.

Thank you,
Pjero

Hey @Pjero_Kusijanovic!

Out of curiosity, is there a particular reason why you need to have this built between two bases?
More specifically, is there anything preventing you from building this out in two tables?

It would be much more streamlined if it was between two tables, rather than two bases.

It’s pretty achievable in both of those scenarios, but just curious nonetheless.

Hi Ben,

I prefer to have two different bases due to readability and different use cases.
One base has to do with bookkeeping and another with traction.

Thank you,
