Hello, we have been researching and looking into different formulas that would allow us to highlight duplicates. We are looking to add a formula like this How to Highlight Duplicates in Google Sheets but for AirTable. However, we have yet to add or find any successful formulas that will highlight any duplicates automatically if they are added. We are looking for an expert to help create this functionality in every table that we have. So that we can add this to all of our tables.

Hi Brandi, have you tried Airtable’s Dedupe app? https://support.airtable.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008332253-Dedupe-app
You have to have a pro account though. Happy to help you further with this. Just DM or send an email to rupert.hoffschmidt@gmail.com

Hey Brandi,
Not sure if you’ve found anyone to help with this or not. It would be nice to see highlighted duplicates like in Sheets and Excel!
We have a Unique Arrays function in our On2Air Actions app. It searches 1 or multiple fields for unique data and stores the unique values in another field. This would be your “highlighted” field and is useful for filtering out duplicates.
The On2Air Actions app also includes an additional 60+ features that enhance your data in Airtable.
Features like creating Google Docs automatically with Airtable data, default field values, financial calculations, comparing field data, Google Sheets record and table sync, and more. You can see the list below.
Option 2:
The On2Air Amplify app has a Duplicates feature. The updated version of Amplify should be available in the marketplace this week.
Hope this helps!
