We are a real estate company currently utilizing Airtable as our primary Property Management System (PMS) and are seeking an experienced Airtable developer to enhance and streamline our processes. Our goal is to improve our integration between HubSpot and Airtable, as well as establish connections with other essential tools.

Building blocks:

• Automate changes in property availability connected to external sources.
• Maintain a detailed overview of properties, including top-level pictures.
• Implement a unique naming convention for non-VDB properties to avoid confusion.
• Log history of property searches shared with clients.
• Ensure accessibility via mobile devices.
• Develop an availability calendar functionality linked to internal bookings.
• Create visit routes to share with clients.
• Create property tags to highlight urgent sell/rent properties in search results.
• Enable comprehensive property search (including VDB and non-VDB properties) with square feet details.
• Ensure connectivity with a property management tool.
• Facilitate easy information flow during property onboarding.
• Enable data sharing with clients through dynamic landing pages or one-pagers per property.
• Allow customization of rental prices and addition of custom comments on one-pagers.
• Ensure one-pagers are shareable across all devices and channels (email, **bleep**).
• Ensure mobile responsiveness.
• Allow choosing the property order in proposals.
• Eliminate the need to disassociate property lists to send new ones.
• Include call-to-action elements within one-pagers.
• Display property thumbnails.
• Ensure sharing properties with clients doesn’t compromise data security.
• Enable property import functionality.
• Prevent duplicate property entries by identifying existing properties in the system.
• Quickly import property photos and main characteristics.
• Allow property search based on broader locations beyond Barcelona city, without location limits.
• Build a solution compatible with all platforms and websites, capable of scraping data from any site.

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience with Airtable development, particularly for real estate companies.
• Experience integrating Airtable with HubSpot.
• Understanding of property management systems.
• Ability to create automated workflows and ensure seamless data synchronization.
• Experience in building mobile-responsive solutions and dynamic landing pages.
