Looking to Hire: Airtable Expert/Developer to Assist in Building Deal Flow and Automations

Hello,I am looking to hire an expert that can help my commercial real estate firm.

Below are the notes and scope:

1. I would like to have tables for deal flow of property information, where specific data sets about properties are collected. When the specified data sets are met, they trigger a new record, “transaction/deal” within another table.
2. I would like to have a global view of all transactions and data sets via a dashboard if possible. This would include deals, progress, address, picture of the property via google (if possible).
3. Client facing table that would share only limited data. This would be essentially client investor updates.
4. Table 3: transaction/deal table. This would hold the larger data sets, where it would be toggled by view. I would like to have the ability to follow up with brokers/points of contact via a button, for more “on demand” follow up.
5. Follow Ups: I would like follow-ups to be something I can click a button and follow up with the point-of-contact with either SMS or email.
6. Client updates: I would like to export custom data sets for reports. It would be nice to have this export to an excel and our letterhead.
7. Create documents, like proposals and letters via records from Airtable
8. Import data back into airtable, via word, if possible.

Upon further discussion, I would like assistance on any place we can automate. I am not opposed to purchasing other complementary programs if necessary.
