Hello,I am looking to hire an expert that can help my commercial real estate firm.
Below are the notes and scope:
- I would like to have tables for deal flow of property information, where specific data sets about properties are collected. When the specified data sets are met, they trigger a new record, “transaction/deal” within another table.
- I would like to have a global view of all transactions and data sets via a dashboard if possible. This would include deals, progress, address, picture of the property via google (if possible).
- Client facing table that would share only limited data. This would be essentially client investor updates.
- Table 3: transaction/deal table. This would hold the larger data sets, where it would be toggled by view. I would like to have the ability to follow up with brokers/points of contact via a button, for more “on demand” follow up.
- Follow Ups: I would like follow-ups to be something I can click a button and follow up with the point-of-contact with either SMS or email.
- Client updates: I would like to export custom data sets for reports. It would be nice to have this export to an excel and our letterhead.
- Create documents, like proposals and letters via records from Airtable
- Import data back into airtable, via word, if possible.
Upon further discussion, I would like assistance on any place we can automate. I am not opposed to purchasing other complementary programs if necessary.
