I’m looking to have the Link from the dropbox folder and/or file, stored on a case (ticket) I DO NOT want the files to be stored on airtable as they are very large. I keep the files in dropbox and work them via file manager. I really like the button in gmail to add the link from dropbox to the email.



I’m looking to have a simple helpdesk like fuction so all the related emails to the design are in airtable for both Q/A and history.



Looking to setup automatic reminders, when the status = X to the customer.



Looking to create an email form based canned response that is used by staff to fill out to send to the customer on that case. in the form are choices and calculations for the price.
