Need help with built table to function as needed

Within the last 3 weeks we had a team member build several tables for us. However, we have lost that team member. There are various simple things we need help with for everything to function properly. The first major issue we have is setting up a sync to Google calendar once it is noted/marked on the table. Is there someone who can assist, willing to pay.
