Need to build calculations, aggregations, and display features into spreadsheet

1. I already set up API to fetch, but need Airtable to automatically fetch every 5 to 15 minutes.
2. Need to link entries from one table into another table, recognized by field.
3. Need aggregate calculations on another table, with bar and pie graph charts.
4. Need advice on how to properly build the table, so that I can sell subscriptions to other users of my identical table.
