Setting up workspace using features from multiple templates

Hi - we are currently using a very simplistic workspace to manage tasks between client programs. I would like to utilize features from a couple templates to do a better job managing cleints/campaigns/resource workload.

In particular, we are not seeing ‘completed’ work having an ability to trigger other tasks.

I am trying to complete this set-up in the next week prior to a company meeting on the 19th.
