Adding Expanded Info to a Table

I created a survey form and made the first question a link to a list of organization names I already had, so respondents would have to select the name of their org from that list. Unfortunately all of the responses to the form are nestled in the table as an expanded field.

How do I either get the info from the expanded field into this table as individual fields or extract everything from the expanded fields into a CSV?
