I’m having some trouble integrating Airtable with Quickbooks Online.
I am trying to create a purchase request approval base, where a form is filled by users and then submitted as a record in AT. Now two users would have to review the request,i.e. check the budget balance, check the necessity of the request, etc. before both approving or rejecting the request (rejection can be done at any stage).
Also, 1st approval has to be given before the second. If both approve, a bill should be created in Quickbooks Online for payment. If rejected, an email should be sent back to the requester informing of the decision.
I am trying to use Zapier to integrate but I’m stuck with the filtering aspect.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
While you can definitely do this with Zapier, I much prefer Integromat, which is both cheaper & more customizable than Zapier.
