Can I clear contents of a table without removing formatting?

I use Airtable for managing my volunteers and staff for a large convention I am part of. I use a form and table to track ASL interpreter requests, and the interpreters assigned to each event. Last years convention is over, and I am starting to work for the 2020 con. I need to get rid of all last years info, but not lose the way I have the info organized… How do I do this?
