My new collaborator never receives the invite email.


If i provide him with the link for account creation he gots the following message (see picture)



mynewuser@mydomain.fr doesn’t look like an email…



He can’t access my workspace.


Any automation including his email continously fails…



What kind of evil is this…??





How is this possible???!!!???

It fails for .co domains too


All my existing users have the same domain with the .fr



Support ticket unanswered and still stucked…



Airtable support is not serious at all
