We changed the client name in a base and WOW it has created MAJOR issues. We need to SPEAK to someone in support. It has changed out tasks dating back months, has swapped out tasks per client, has duplicated tasks for totally wrong clients… This has created HOURS of extra work for us today trying to fix it, and then we are digging up more issues of errors as we keep digging. Who has a phone number??
