Really confused by billing/charges, can someone help me out?
I’m looking to set up a database so others can add records, ideally (read only if not).
I’d like this to be free.
Is this possible? I’ve chosen the free plan. I just can’t see a simple answer to this anywhere.

The best people to help answer your questions would probably be Airtable Support at the office.
You can leave a message by opening your app and in the upper left corner, there’s a drop down menu, then select Support. It will bring you to a chat forum.
They will contact you by email or chat, but, it may take a few days.
