My question: Is there a possibility to convert the form modus into a incertable PDF?

Hi there - I would look into using Zapier to integrate with something like WebMerge. You can take field values and insert them into fields in a PDF. You could then attach that PDF to an email and/or to the original record in Airtable. WebMerge is kind of expensive though… there might be more cost effective options.
