Create Airtable Groups for Sharing based on records

Is there any way to create Airtable sharing groups based on records in an Airtable base?

Context: We have around 70 employees belonging to different teams. Team members in each team keep on either changing the team or new members are added to the teams. I regularly update the details relate change of team or new member addition regularly in the master base containing all employee details. 

Ask: I want the sharing groups to be automatically updated when a particular persons team name has been updated. Is there any way to achieve this?
