Same issue, found this through experimentation… In the table you are referencing/linking from, you’ll need to move the view that has the fields ordered the way you want to the top of the list of views. This is the view AT references when listing available link records. This works fine for most but if you end up with a complex multitude of link references to the same table, it may become a hindrance. I am using specific view filtering on my link so I moved that view to the top and set the order as needed.
