Someone else set up our database - so I am not an expert - what’s happening is that the person doing data entry seems to be adding empty rows (not a problem) but also managing to delete a few records here and there. Because of that I am concerned it will repeat. We have a unique identifer for each piece of data but the data itself can change - it’s a tenant database so the names will differ. I don’t know how some of the data disappeared, but is there a way to protect the identifiers so they can’t be deleted at any time.

Thanks in advance,
Maggi

You can edit your table permissions so that only specific users can delete records. So you can make it so that only you (or other trusted people) can delete records.

You can do the same for creating records as well.
