DATEADD formula error

I know nothing about forumlas. I copy examples based on what I can find. I want to update a column based on my ‘start date’ column and my ‘work days’ column. I used this formula and it’s returned an #ERROR!

DATEADD(Startdate +Workingdays)

what should it be?
