Different Calculation of grouped records

Hello,
I just got into Airtable today, so this question might be stupid, sorry in advance.
I would like to have the minimum of the starting time per day (and the maximum of the end-time), however on the bottom I would like to calculate the average of these minimums(/maximums). A simple answer would be highly appreciated!
