How to convert duration field into into a HH:mm:ss...

I need some coding help. I have a duration field, I want it that way because its used throughout to add/subtract through my multiple tables, however the final step is exporting out through Zapier through an email. This produces the duration field which is in HH:MM:SS to a long integer of seconds so 3:15:23 turns into 11723. I need a formal that converts “11723” seconds into “3:15:23”

Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you format it? I have duration data in Airtable, specifically time we spent on a project that we will now bill our clients for. I am attempting to use zapier to send the information into QBO so we can bill faster.
