I work for a nonprofit company and we have been trying to purchase an enterprise plan from Airtable since December 2022.

The agents have not been professional and have not gotten back with anything tangible for over 2 months.

We have received no response and we would really like to proceed. 

Sales and Customer Support haven't been helpful either and we have been reassigned to several agents with no contract in sight.

Is this an internal issue?

Quite disappointed with the level of service.

I'm having the same issue for a University I work for. Is there any resolution?
