Filter by records since 0800 yesterday

I have a filter that I need to filter records since a specific time (0800 CST) the previous day. I can show previous 24 hours, but the requirement is to show since 0800 the previous day.

How could I go about doing this?

Create a new field of the type “Created Time” then filter by that field.

There’s also a “Last Modified Time” field but I don’t think that’s what you’re after
