Filter User + Summarize Records

Hi everyone!

I m making a custom Time Tracker Tool for our company.
We have separated tables for people, project and time entries.
In the last table, we record how many ours our people work in each project , each day.
So we want to summarize how many hours each one has work.

I can make the group by view, but I need to take the summarize of hours.
Can you help me?
