Wondering if/how to make this possible…
I want to have have a single table embedded into a website/app that displays records.
Want to filter what records can be seen based on the logged in user of said app.
Thanks in advance.

That can only be accomplished by paying extra money for one of the 3rd-party portal tools that are out there. Some of the popular options for Airtable portals are MiniExtensions.com, GlideApps.com, Softr.io, Pory.io, and StackerHQ.com. There might be others, I’m not sure.

Welcome to the Airtable community!
A common way of dealing with this is using a third party “portal” system, such as MiniExtensions, Softr, Pory, Glide, or Stacker.
While it is possible to “build your own” using the same REST API that these third part systems use, that requires the work of a developer.
