Form UI workarounds?

Hey Community!

I am working on multiple DBs for integrating clients into a shared DB universe. I am working on a menu ordering system for a ghost kitchen. Is there a way to update the form UI to include the relevant information from the record. Right now for an external user it only shows the formula ID(menu category, size, price) It excludes the descriptor and other relevant info we may attempt to include (photos from a gallery view)

Any advice?

This can only be done with external tools, such as the form from MiniExtensions.com or the combination of JotForm + On2Air Forms.
