I have a form that has a few fields that are “linked to source” fields, where you select one of the fields from another table. Every one of those fields throws an error when I click the +Add sign to select the field. The error says: An error occurred. Sorry your request conflicted with another change. Refresh this page"
Anyone know why? In the regular grid views this works fine, no problems, only in the Form view.

I believe this is a bug that we are all experiencing. But this is only when you are working in the Form Builder. If you try to Open Form, it is working no problem.

You are correct - only a problem when in build form view. Unfortunately I’m trying to create video documentation of this and need it to work 
for now I guess I will have to use the form view option…
Need to have this fixed before rolling our base out to many people!
