Formula Help - Project Completed On-Time, or Late [Solved]

Hi There,

I’m trying to create a formula for a column that will populate the text, “Complete - On-time” if the entry in the ‘Completion Date’ field is equal to or sooner than the ‘Due Date’ field. The formula will also populate the text, “Complete - Late” if the ‘Completion Date’ Field is later than the ‘Due Date’ Field.

Does anyone know what this formula would look like? Thanks in advance.
