Gantt Shared View: " Start date field is hidden or invalid"

I have the same problem as mentioned in these posts:

• Sharing Gantt View
• Shared gantt view: Start date field is hidden or invalid
• Gantt - Start date field is hidden or invalid

All of the above posts now show as resolved and closed though no resolution is provided there.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

PS: The strange thing is that at some point it did work but I can’e figure out when/ why it stopped

I tried to reproduce this but couldn’t. I shared a Base with a Gannt view from one account to another, read-only account. The Gannt displayed normally.
