Having a problem upgrading to Plus account

Hello,

I want to upgrade my account to a Plus plan.

However, I receive the following prompt:

"We were unable to upgrade you at this time. Please refresh the page and try again. If you continue experiencing problems, please contact us."

Please advise.

Did you resolve it? I have the same problem and customer service has not responded in a week. I'm concerned about having my business on this platform if critical issues like this arent address in a timely manner. I was charged and got the same message as you.
