How can i get refund to my credit card

I accidentally added a collaborator to my workspace which eventually cost me $151 in my credit card.
I found some instruction to get refunded but seem like the refund is gonna be made into airtable credit balance but not reverse my bank transaction.
I tried to contact airtable but it was super frustrating with the help center function. Any idea what can i do to get my money back (not refund to airtable credit)

I would say contact support directly at support(@)airtable.com if you haven’t already. There’s nothing any of us can do for you here.
