Imagine you are sharing a grid in a view.
The Viewer sees an information error, maybe a Link that is not working anymore, spelling mistake, etc.
How can he notify the Base Owner or the Contributor - I found an Error?

Well, you can make a Bug Tracking table and use a Form where anyone can send you a Bug or Error report.

So in a shared view, I can somehow add a header or footer with additional information and links for the viewer to click on? I cannot find the button for customizing the shared view.

No you cannot do that in a direct way. But you can do it in a separate link
