Insert New Field (Column) that shows up on all Views

I created a table. Then I created multiple grid views (with various filters and sorts on them). Now I need to add a new field (column) and I want it to show up on all the grid views. So far, I can only get it to show on the one I add it to.

You can manually un-hide the new field from all the other existing views. It should be at the very bottom of the list.
