Integration w Clients G-Drove Folder holding photos Not working

My client set up and gave me access to their Airtable account. They also set up and shared a folder on their Google Drive account with my Google Drive accoun to hold photos to be posted in an Airtable base for editing and discussion.

I linked the client’s shared G-Drive folder from my own account. However I can’t seem to upload the photos into a table I’ve set up in the company’s base.

Have read the Community Posts and Help articles but can’t figure this out. Grateful for your help on what to do. RS
