I’m trying to create a site using Google Sites and embed a grid view, but I would like to add records to that grid view, but I can only see the records already created.
I was only able to add records through a form view.

Unfortunately, shared views are not editable in any way. You would need to turn to an external tool to help you with that, such as MiniExtensions.com. There are other tools on the market as well, but MiniExtensions is the one that I have the most experience with.
