We have a database of candidates applying to be a part of our program. We’d like to set up a form that our recruiters can use to fill out information in various fields within an existing record (existing candidate) in the database during the first, second or final interview. Ideally we’d like for the recruiter to start typing in the candidate email address and then for the address to populate and any filled fields would populate that record specifically. Does anyone know how to do this?

It’s currently not possible to use a form to modify an existing record, at least not strictly within Airtable. It may be doable via the API, or possibly by using a service like Integromat or Zapier to tie in with some other form-creation system. My experience with those other options is pretty limited, though, so I’m afraid that I can’t offer any specific guidance on how/where to begin.
