Hi folks, I am going out of my mind! Everything was working perfectly until I deleted some data in my table and now BAM it's all gone to total rubbish! If anyone can help I would be hugely grateful.
Quick summary - I have one base with two tables; ID and Conversations. I want to connect a unique numeric number to a user email so when information is zapped in it connects the numeric number with the correct email. ID table houses the unique number and email. It was all working fine but, as mentioned, I deleted about 20 rows and it has stopped. I have reset the link/look up and it worked on the existing rows but not on anything new coming in. The screenshot below shows (with the face stickers - sorry, it has confidential data that I can't share), Columns Project ID, Email Lookup and Link to ID Record and as you can see (if the stickers were not there!) it was working perfectly and then at the end you can just see the last one worked and then the further two rows did not populate.
I created a new base to hopefully sort the issue but no, still not working and it wants me to manually create the link which is not workable for me due to the amount of data that will be coming in. So either I am doing something wrong (I can't figure out what) or Airtable has a glitch.
Any feedback would be great! Thanks.

How are Project ID's linked with Conversations? You mentioned information being "zapped" in, are you referring to Zapier? Or is it done through an automation in Airtable?
Is the link to ID record a self-link?
If you could provide a more in depth look at the base set up (maybe duplicate the base and use dummy data) that would be helpful.

Hi, thanks for replying!
I will try to explain but please bear with me! Project IDs are the unique ID associated with every email however, the information updated in conversations via a Zapier Zap only contains the unique ID (Project ID) so I have to match that unique ID (Project ID) with the Project ID and email in the ID table. The information coming into Conversations does not allow for emails to be uploaded hence the unique ID (Project ID).
And sorry, I am not sure what you mean when you ask 'is the link to ID record self-link?'. The information updated in the ID table is again via Zapier using google sheets. This is working fine. The Project ID (unique ID from Zapier) in the Conversations table is via a zap along with a lot of other data. And it is here I want to ensure the that Project ID (unique ID) is linked to the ID table so the correct email is connected to the Project ID (unique ID). There are multiple records amongst the data with the same unique ID (Project ID), the Project ID (unique ID) is used multiple times and at different times by the same user hence needing to ensure the email and ID is connected.
When I click the + sign on the broken cell and select the correct Project ID it populates so am assuming the lookup is ok. I would add too, it was all working perfectly yesterday and then today I deleted around 20 records and it has not worked since.
I have attached a couple of screenshots with dummy data which I hope helps:
ID table - filled via Zapier and GoogleSheets
If I click the + and select the record the lookups populate
The link appears the set up correctly
I appreciate this is a long reply! Any insight would be hugely appreciated.

Hey there, I think I'm getting a better picture of your base design now. Using the same name in the primary field for both tables was confusing me initially (I thought they were both the same table, which was why I asked if it was a self-linking record).
When records are created in the Conversations table via Zapier, is the Link to the ID record linked via Zapier, or an Airtable automation?
Side note: Your primary field should contain mostly unique values to be in line with best practices. A lot of problems (possibly even this one-- but it isn't my prime suspect at the moment) can arise when you have many records with the same data in the primary field.
