Missing view from my list of views

Hiya, a colleague and I are working on the same airtable. There is a view available to him but it doesn’t appear on my list of views. Any clues how I can find that view? Thanks in advance!

Is it a Personal View and do you have “show everyone’s personal views” turned off (its off by default)?
