My base owner ID has been deactivated for no reason

Hello,
I have a base as an owner with three editors and about thirty collaborators.
I have been using it for about a year now,
and suddenly, out of nowhere, my owner ID has been deactivated and I cannot log in
or find out what could have caused the issue.
If it’s a billing problem, then I cannot seem to pay what I need to.

I simply just cannot have access to my ID!
It’s extremely frustrating :cry:
