So we have about 40 clients, and we need to track their payrolls. We’d need a column for the business, the date due, how we receive the hours, how we send the completed payroll back to the client, along with special instructions for certain particular payrolls, ideally on the calendar view. I work in an office of older people so the real trick is not only being able to track each payroll (whether it’s weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly–some businesses also have multiple frequencies), but also doing it in a way that isn’t too messy or tedious to keep up because I do most the AirTable design/upkeep, and if there are changes to payroll week to week, we’d need someone to easily be able to note it.



I’m worried introducing another application would turn them off and it wouldn’t be used, so I’d love any suggestions anyone has for integration, build, etc.
