Need to upgrade ASAP but only getting annual options

Im over limit on a base and trying to upgrade to Business Plan. I cant get a response from support on this item. 

The system is only giving me annual options, not monthly, which we are currently on. Ive attached a screenshot. 

The system shows monthly price before entering this page, but once in, it seems its only annual options. I appreciate anyone's help on this. A little confusing and frustrating. I need to upgrade ASAP for my team but dont want to be suprised with a 5K+ bill next month.

Your screenshots are only showing partial screenshots of your screen. In your 2nd screenshot, the choice to switch to monthly is directly above where you cropped your screenshot.
