One list to be used in different tabs

Hi

I am building a freelancing platform matching freelancers with projects.

In my 2 tabs “Freelancer” & “Project” I have some common criteria as lists : Country, Expertise, Language, ect…

How can I do to have this common lists always up to date & use them to create algorithm / automations without creating a table for each criteria / lists ?

I am doing something similar now with that concept but trying to match mentors and mentees. Did you ever end up finding a solution how to do this?
